Crate Training is really House Training......

The problem of housebreaking a pupy is easily solved with the use of a Crate. the author of this article emphasizes the importance of the dog beginning to think of the crate as his "bed area". New puppy owners should read this!

cant emphasize enough how impportant it is to have crate when you are traveling and need to stop along the road for awhile. a flat tire on a hot day with 5 dogs in the van taught me that one. tok the crates out and set the dogs in the shade while it took an hour and a half for a local service man to come get that tire changed and fixed.
